• Which shipping method is available?

We normally make shipments through the Spanish Post Office (Correos) using both, standard and express services.
Please note that Correos tracking number doesn´t show any updates until parcel is delivered. In case of doubt about where your parcel is, please don’t hesitate to email us and we immediately contact Correos to get updates.

• How long the parcel takes to arrive?

If you place an order from Europe, shipping time will be between 5-10 business days.
Orders placed outside Europe will take around 10-40 business days to arrive.
Please bear in mind that in some cases delays could be due to custom problems or other external circumstances.

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes, of course. We ship worldwide. However, it´s very important to know that customers must be aware of their local custom laws.

• Where is my order? Not yet delivered….

In case you don’t receive your order after 40 business days, please contact us and we will find a quick solution.

• How do we carry out our quality control?

Our warehouse is very well-equipated to make sure every stored cigar box is under the correct temperature and humidity levels (we make daily controls to guarantee their freshness and flavor). Moreover, in case you select the “Box checked option”, we assure every single cigar of your order has been strictly checked by our team.

• Box checked or box sealed?

We offer two options before shipping orders: “Box Sealed” or “Box Checked” (we highly recommend the “Box Checked” option). If you select the “Box Sealed” option please bear in mind that you assume the risk of finding any defective cigar.

• Is it buying on Granvega Cigars safe?

Buying on our website is and will always be 100% safe! Your personal and bank information will never be shared with third parties. Transactions are fully encrypted as we only work with reliable companies in online payment solutions.

• What should I do to cancel an order?

Orders should be cancelled before parcel leaves our warehouse (it takes between 24-48h to process an order). In case your parcel is delivered and you don´t feel satisfied with it, please contact us within 7 days since receiving your order.

• Where is Granvega Cigars based?

Granvega Cigars is based in a Spanish Free Zone strictly controlled by local authorities. For that reason, we process and ship all orders from our warehouses located there.

• How Granvega Cigars process large orders?

In order to avoid fraud and custom problems, Granvega Cigars ships large orders in a partial way at no extra cost.
