We normally make shipments through UPS using both, standard and express services.

 

  • How long does the parcel takes to arrive?

If you place an order from Europe, standard shipping time will be between 5-15 business days. Express shipping time is around 48-72h.

All orders placed outside Europe will only be sent via UPS Express and it will take from 48 to 72h in normal circumstances.

 

  • Do you guarantee shipments?

Yes, we do guarantee all shipments (USA included) until the parcel arrive to your doorstep. In case of any lost or seizure, we will reship or make a refund.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, of course. We ship worldwide (USA included) in an express way.

 

  • Do you guarantee the cigars you sell are authentic?

Yes, we do guarantee that our cigars are 100 % authentic. We always recommend that new buyers speak to a few of the members on some of the well-known cigar forums. Ask them about our operation, reputation and the authenticity of the cigars we sell.

Once you place your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email and then a member of our team will contact you to provide you with the tracking number and you will be able to locate the package at all times.

Our warehouse is very well-equipated to make sure every stored cigar box is under the correct temperature and humidity levels (we make daily controls to guarantee their freshness and flavor).

Buying on our website is and will always be 100% safe! Your personal and bank information will never be shared with third parties. Transactions are fully encrypted as we only work with reliable companies in online payment solutions.

 

  • What should I do to cancel an order?

Orders should be cancelled before parcel leaves our warehouse (it takes between 24-48h to process an order). In case your parcel is delivered and you don´t feel satisfied with it, please contact us within 7 days since receiving your order.

Granvega Cigars is based in a Spanish Free Zone strictly controlled by local authorities. For that reason, we process and ship all orders from our warehouses located there.
